Returns & Exchanges
- Items eligible for return must be in original, sellable condition.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and shall be refunded as payment method of Grass Root’s choice.
- Plant material must be returned within 7 days.
- Durable goods must be returned within 30 days.
- Items ineligible for return include: sod, bulk materials once loaded, landscape fabric, annuals, herbs, seasonal/holiday items & décor, clearance & discounted items, and custom orders.
- Installation & delivery charges are non-refundable after service has been performed.
Plant Guarantee & Replacement Policy
- Grass Roots is not responsible for plants that are damaged by physical or animal injury, lack of care, drought, or extreme natural conditions.
- Guarantee for plants purchased from the Garden Center at Grass Roots lasts for one year from purchase date. If the plant dies within the one-year timeframe, 50% off a replacement will be offered as store credit.
- Guarantees for plants installed by the landscaping department at Grass Roots last for one year after date of installation for 100% of purchase/install price.
- Plants covered by the replacement policy will only be replaced one time.
- Cash/credit card refund will not be given for dead plants. Store credit will be issued.
- Items ineligible for guarantee/replacement include: sod, annuals, and houseplants.
